I recently got a $55 service plan at Walmart and used the Verizon sim for my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10. I have had no problems with Straight Talk in the past but when I try to call I get the following error message:
"Welcome to Verizon Wireless. There was an error in processing your call. Please power down, and turn off your phone, then turn your phone back on and try your call again. If this continues, please dial #8899 for assistance."
I have turned off my phone (twice). When I call #8899 for assistance, it says my phone # is not recognized. It asks me to re-enter the # and when I do, it transfers me to Verizon who then tell me they don't troubleshoot Straight Talk phones.
What do I do now?
