Good afternoon, I have two issues:

Our name does not appear correctly when we call people. It does not come up as us so people don't answer. How do we get this corrected? We have had our phone number for over 3 years.

Second problem is that we quite often get a fax tone in the background when we get calls. How do we stop this?
