I recently purchased a new phone at Walmart and the associate said that I would need to add minutes to get service started and suggested the $30 card. When I went online to start service it told me that the pin would not work with my phone (LG Rebel 4). I called the customer service number and they explained that it was the wrong card and that pin does not work with my phone. So, here I am stuck with a $30 card and nothing to do with it. It's like I was just robbed of $30. To top it off I had to pay another almost $40 dollars to get service...which I still don't have (it's been three days) because there is a problem with them keeping my old number. But, that's a different situation for another time...if it gets worse.
In the mean time, my question is:
Is there any way of getting a refund or credit for the $30 card?
$30 may not seem like a lot, but it is putting a bad light on my sticking with Straight Talk or moving on.
Thank you for any assistance you can give,
Jeffery Scott
