When i rubbed it with a coin the pin number was scratched off entirely and is no longer readable

Hi, My name is Matt. I just purchased an airtime refill card from my local Wal-Mart store but low & behold, I get home to add the airtime to my phone but a few of the numbers under the gray strip were damaged & I can't make them out!!!....HELP ME!!!

Im having the same problem. When i scratched off the grey cover it removed the pin aswell and i cant restore my service due to it being unreadable. Would appreciate assistance from a representative.
