Just like the title says. I am trying to purchase a phone and plan and it keeps saying my card is declined. I know my card works fine. My bank says that they can't even see attempts being made to use the card from the straighttalk website. So something is blocking my payment from straighttalk's end. What is interesting is that if I make a payment to refill using the same card...it works fine.
Customer service has tried to process the payment (using the website like I do) and same thing happens. No one seems to be able to help me get beyond this point.
I have been with Straight Talk for a few years and the ONLY reason I am trying to get a new phone is because I keep getting messages that my phone will not work with this new network.
Please help fix this.
