I refilled my plan and the data is still extremely slow..what can in do to fix this. Its money gone to waste because I cant even do a google search. Plllleeeeaaassse HELP!!!

I just refilled my data plan about a week ago and the speeds are so slow that I could barely do anything. They are even slower than they were before I paid my bill can someone please help me fix this because everytime I call I get no help whatsoever.

I just recently refilled...on 8/3/2017...it is now 6 days later and my speeds are crawling along...they seem even slower than when I am throttled after going past data limits...again I just refilled the service and no matter what I do its extremely slow...after 3 tries finally got a fellow on ST customer service to walk me through changing my son thing....but it is still pathetically slow....this is frustrating!
