Why hasn't my phone shipped yet?

I ordered a new phone from straight talk on Monday morning and selected the free overnight shipping option. It is now Wednesday afternoon and my order still hasn't been shipped yet.

Why?

The money has been taken out of my account already, so I would like to know where my phone is.

Has anyone else had this problem and how long did it take for it to ship?

I'm experiencing the exact same issue except now it has been 6 days and still no shipment which was supposed to be over nighted. Need someone to give me some info. Almost at wits end. I dropped over a hundred bucks on this new phone. Need answers now!

When will my order ship? I was told by the rep who talked me into buying the phone that i will ship out first thing (Monday-which is today but yet still no tracking info just this

Your estimated delivery is 1 - 3 business days after order is shipped


This order placed on March 16, 2018 at 7:34:35 PM.

I spent over $100 US and i want and need my phone asap please, also why was online chat rep acting weird and telling me i had to log out of my account on straighttalk.com before ordering or it would not work? that lady was suspicious, asked me to delete my browser history and cookies and all evidence that we ever talked, i think she wanted me to give her my bank info directly but i quit talking to her because it makes no sense (though she still kept asking me if i logged out, deleted all and or went to next page of check out yet) so i called straighttalk.com and they told me to stay logged in and order and would be shipped Monday, but yet no phone was shipped yet so just wondering when it will be shipped, also if this is NOT straighttalk for USA I am sorry but this only forum I found

Having same issue. Ordered my phone last Friday... it’s now Friday so it’s been 7 days. Ordered with 1-2 day shipping. Money has been taken out. I got an email saying i would get a tracking number as soon as it sent and I never did.

Same problem. Money’s been taken off my card. I had 1-2 day priority shipping and was sent an email saying I’d be sent a tracking id when it shipped. That was 7 days ago and nothing has been sent.
