Payment declined

Hello
I tried to purchase a 6-month plan online. Both of my swedish debit cards were declined, one visa and one mastercard. Later on I noticed that the amount had been reserved on both accounts, despite being declined on the straight talk website. On straight talk I still do not have a new plan, and my current one expired today. $520 has been sent out in cyberspace and I am wondering how to proceed? How can I retrive my money? I have tried to talk with someone live on your customer service, but it seems impossible to get a hold of anyone there.

I am also having an issue with my card declining. My card is good. But I cannot purchase a phone and plan.
The bank says my account is fine and that they cannot see the transaction being attempted. The issue is with Straight Talk. I have talked with 5 different reps who tried the same thing and get the same error. I do not have another card to try.
