I tried to purchase a 6-month plan online. Both of my swedish debit cards were declined, one visa and one mastercard. Later on I noticed that the amount had been reserved on both accounts, despite being declined on the straight talk website. On straight talk I still do not have a new plan, and my current one expired today. $520 has been sent out in cyberspace and I am wondering how to proceed? How can I retrive my money? I have tried to talk with someone live on your customer service, but it seems impossible to get a hold of anyone there.
