Hi, I recently noticed that someone else has an activated number on my straight talk account online. I can't click "remove device" because it is activated. About 2 years ago I sold a straight talk phone and I think when they activated it, straight talk activated it for them on my straight talk account. I haven't had much need to sign in online so I didn't notice until now. When I called customer service, first person sounded stumped, went silent for about 20 seconds, said sorry, then just hung up on me. Second time, the person I talked to said that she put in a request to remove from my account but it is showing that it is not connected. I don't know if she got the information wrong, but the second phone and phone number is clearly on my account, I can see the serial number, service end date and the phone number. Any suggestions? I can give screenshots if needed.
