I Damaged my Pin Code scratching off the grey area and didn't get a receipt when I left store. Need a new Pin Code or I guess ill just have to find a new provider.

That is exactly what happened to me. Trying to activate initial service and just bought the service plan tonight. That grey stuff DOES NOT scratch off, it smears. Three intelligent adults worked at it and we would be lucky to read 5 digits. WHHYY!!! Now Im trying to change from verizon after 12 years and here I sit after customer service is closed with a new phone and no service. This service plan card is ridiculous! What now??

Hi, I'm having the same issue. However I called and was told nobody could help me unless 12 of the numbers were showing. Already tried to go back and see if they could exchange it out at Walmart.

I have the same problem today. I can only see the last 6 digits but the rest are just smeared.
