Paid my phone bill but still deactivated my phone

Paid my phone bill but still deactivated my phone

Postby alliemc11 » Sat Jan 03, 2015 1:39 pm

Hi everyone!
So last night/early this morning I paid my phone bill. At some point after i paid it, my phone got deactivated. I only realized this about an hour ago when I tried to make a call and it said "your phone has been deactivated". It won't even let me call customer service to speak to someone about reactivating my phone... I checked my bank account - the money came out of my account. I checked the straighttalk website and it shows my service end date being 2/2/2015... So I don't know why it's not working. I've turned my phone off then on again about 10 times and I've called the *22890 number at least five times (every time it tells me the activation has been successful - clearly not!).

I'm having the same issue. I even bought a card a second time because I tought I screwed up when typing in my phone number but I got a text saying I have airtime till March 4, 2015. It's been 12 hours and I've tried everything. What the heck is going on, this is ridiculous and I kind of need my phone now!

Same thing happened to me!! I logged in to my straight talk account and it says I have service but my phone was deactivated. I have turned it on and off so many times and still nothing. Very frustrating :x
