I am having the same issue. I placed my order on Tuesday Jan 30th at 8am and was told on the phone it would be delivered today and nothing. When I check the order status it says its processing still. My current phone service ends on Friday and I can not pay for another plan through them after paying for one through straightalk. I am very disapointed in this since I am a new customer and this isnt the way to start off service with someone.

OMG!!! I placed my order on Friday Feb 2nd at 9am. It is was written that i can get phone on Saturday(Feb 3). But it is still processing. I even do not know what to say. My phone is broken and i can not use my new phone because of you, i am losing money. If i do not get new phone on Sunday I will ask money back. Keep your promises when you do something.

I have the same issue, and it is making me quite mad. I need the phone, and I keep hearing it will show up tomorrow, or it will ship tomorrow.......

I am also having this same issue. I ordered Thursday at 10 and here it is Sunday still saying order in process. My money has already been taken out of my bank. I just want to know why it still says order in process.
