Mine is doinh the same exact thing. I downloaded the straight talk app and tried to activate my phone. It said once my CURRENT phone stops working call *22890 I do that and it says "a SIM card has activated your service and updated your devices roaming capabilities" then gave me my phone number. But I still have no service, no internet and when I try to make phone calls It tells me we can not authenticate your call. Please help
