I need to remove an active phone on my account that does not belong to me. Has anyone had any success with this issue?

I am having the exact same problem that everyone is having and its extremely frustrating!! I need to remove an old phone off my account so the person I gave the phone to can be on their own separate account. Please help ASAP! Thanks

Hello everyone, Im playing the EMC4AP mod and Id like to remove the Star Wars and Star Trek ships from the game for a lore-friendly experience. How should I do that?
