Hi, I have a similar issue. After having my account for some time, I recently noticed that there is another active phone (apart from mine) on my account. I do not own the additional phone on my account and for security reasons, I wish to have it removed. Is there any way to do this? I have tried to do it myself but have had no success. Can anyone help?

Does anything get fixed or are you just getting people off the board?

My account has an unlocked Verizon LG phone using CDMA BYOP sim. I purchased a Samsung 8+ and just moved sim card to S8+. S8+ works fine. Now I bought brand new unlocked GSM Galaxy S7 and BYOP GSM sim. I want to remove the LG unlocked Verizon phone and Verizon CDMA sim from my account yet preserve my prepaid service and phone number. I have not been able to sell the LG phone because it is still tied to Straightalk account. Please help if you can. I called the service number yet sorry to say I can hardly understand them with their accents. Having the solution in writing would be great as I can review it and cross my fingers.
