While trying to use my straight talk bring your own phone activation kit I keep getting this error: The phone number you entered belongs to a different account. Please enter the correct account credentials associated to the number, or enter the last 4 digits of your current device's IMEI, MEID, Serial Number, or SIM number. Help would be appreciated

I bought two activation kits for two phones said online they were capable now since we bought them and tried to activate it won't work. I've talked to multiple people on the phone with straight talk and they just tell me it's not comparable I can't afford to be out the $120 and we need phones. Please help to get a refund or make these phones work

Re: Activation Kit Issues help me plz

Postby Jgraveley » Tue Feb 14, 2017 4:05 am

I've had almost the same issues except I got treated like an embusile and the technical support rep I spoke to had me in tears by the end of a what was what I call a short, useless piece of my life n tears I'll never get back n never in all the years I've been using straight talk wireless have i been mistreated or belittled by simply jus asking for help n then talked to in such a manner by a rep of the wireless provider company that I've bragged about and convinced numerous of my family n friends to switch to instead of whoever they were paying too much for service before. I love straight talk wireless n have for many years n would love to continue to use them for many more but if I can't get at the least talked to like an intelligent adult and made to feel like a human being even if u can't find a way to help this very frustrated and very pregnant 30 yr old woman that is now wo a working phone n I need one ASAP considering I'm high risk n dnt have a way to contact anyone for help if need be. If sum one could help me plz I would be highly appreciative n forever grateful n my faith restored in the superior service y'all provide us all. Thank you.

I just recently purchased the 10GB activation kit for 75$ and the service is terrible where I live. I'm needing to return this immediately. Walmart refuses to return my purchase and now I'm out $70 and cannot use my data at all.
