I have been using my Hotspot since May and have used it this month since renewing and I signed up for auto refill but now it has quit working and it says my serial number is invalid. What happened ?

I have been having the same issue. I am having the same issue with logging in to my account. I contacted customer service, but they were no help at all. They asked for my PIN, but when I gave it to them they said that it was incorrect (Even though I know it was the correct PIN). Tried dozens of times with many password resets to log in, but it failed every time with the following message...

The Email and/or Password you have entered is incorrect (case-sensitive). Please try again! If you forgot your Email or Password click on the Forgot Email or Password link below. If you don't have a Straight Talk Account please click on Activate/Register to create one.

I am entering the password correctly and we even tried using different internet browsers. I also tried logging in via my phone using the App with no success.

I am getting so tired of this horrible customer service from Straight Talk! I am just trying to activate a phone to replace my other phone that broke!

I cant login to my account with the same message as everyone else is getting. I have called numerous times. Your representatives are rude and I am a highly polite person when it comes to speaking to others. I have been treated unfairly and even called dumb by one of your representatives which I highly doubt has a degree in anything as I do and I have experience with data analytics and big data. Thus, I feel her inadequate way of speaking to me was out of line. The supervisor was ever so wonderful as the customer service representative as well. They informed me they were out of the Philippines. Why not take your business to America and give Americans the jobs as we are the people who are supporting your business? Anyways, the problem has been corrected and then it stops working the following day. You need to fix your system. These items can make a customer leave your company and create a very bad reputation for your company. I do not want to call customer service again just to waste my valuable time. My time is more valuable then staying with a company who knows nothing about customer service or taking care of your systems.

I'm having the same issue as the rest of you..Ive also talked with 5 reps. My email and password are correct but even tho I know they are I tried new passwords to no avail, it's been reset several times..tried the other browsers..Even had a ticket on my account but 24hrs later when I issued the number I recv. message no job open with this number. At my wits end. I hope I get help soon as I have to add airtime soon. Can I get a message for help offline also???
Lots of posts with the same problems. HELP!

I tried logging into my acct using the app but kept receiving this The Email and/or Password you have entered is incorrect (case-sensitive). Please try again! If you forgot your Email or Password click on the Forgot Email or Password link below. If you don't have a Straight Talk Account please click on Activate/Register to create one. so I switched to my PC which I knew had my password saved in the Chrome browser but I went ahead and had my password emailed to me using the Straighttalk link but the passwords were different though the only difference was the first letter capped which I tried both and neither worked and now I'm stuck because my service is off so I can't call customer service

If the data in phone is not important, or you already have backed up data in phone,you can use recovery mode to force restart phone.
