I also sold a phone a while back and would like it removed from my account. Customer service told me they would have to deactivate the phone but I just want to remove it.

I am having the same problem. I am trying to move to a different phone carrier but they said my phone isn't compatible because it is registered to ST. How do I get my phone unregistered?

I am also having the problerm of an active device and number showing up on my account. This happened after my daughter sold her phone and got a new one. I called customer service and had to explain the issue at least three times before the service rep understood the issue. I was told this was resolved, but apparently it is not as this number is till showing up on my account page. I am concerned that this could result into a securty issue of my account, where whoever this number may belong to could possibly have access to my personal information including credit cards. If this is not immediatelty resolved, i will be forced to close my accounts with Straight Talk and moeve to another carrier whom I can trust with my personal information. I will not hesitate to do this, as the other carriers are becoming much more competptive with Straight Talk pricing. PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I need to move a phone from one account (the one it's currently on) to a different account (which has other phones on it already). Is this possible?

Thank you!
