I purchased a 30 day service renewal on 12/26, just got a text saying service will end tomorrow (1-1-16). I absolutely, positively have to have my phone this weekend. Help!

I am having the same problem! I need Help NOW!!!!! I paid my bill, it worked for a day, then said it was deactivated.

I am having the exact same problem. My service expired last night around 12:30 midnight. I refilled my service and have been turning my phone on and off since then but I still don't have service. I can't text or call anyone. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and everything is updated.

I am having the same issue.. my phone has been off a few days and I paid my bill the money came out of my acct and it shows a renewal date for next month on the website.
