The charges were taken out at the exact same time with very similar transaction numbers (only one number off)....so it was easily missed. They claim that it was a fraudulent use that I should report to my bank. However, I find it hard to believe that someone has stolen my credit card and used it at the exact same time and was charged the exact same amount as I was each and every month with an almost identical transaction number each time. All I asked customer service to do was to do their job and reimburse me for these false charges. However, they refused and kept saying I need to go to my bank instead....interesting. I am very offended by the attitudes of the customer service representatives and disappointed that they could let such an injustice occur to their customers.
