Double Billed

This is really starting to get ridiculous. I signed up for auto refill to cut down on the trouble if having to remember a due date, only to have my service cut off and be told my payment was declined by the bank. However however the statement I get daily says otherwise, they billed me twice, the payment went through twice, and when I called them to straighten out out, I got an attitude and was basically called a liar. Nothing like paying for the phones with a company only to have that same company steal from you. I'll be looking into other phone companies to possibly switch to that won't have this problem.

I was double billed for months. I called customer service three times and each time they refused to reimburse me for the $183. The charges were taken out at the exact same time with very similar transaction numbers (only one number off)....so it was easily missed. They claim that it was a fraudulent use that I should report to my bank. However, I find it hard to believe that someone has stolen my credit card and used it at the exact same time and was charged the exact same amount as I was each and every month with an almost identical transaction number each time. All I asked customer service to do was to do their job and reimburse me for these false charges. However, they refused and kept saying I need to go to my bank instead....interesting. I am very offended by the attitudes of the customer service representatives and disappointed that they could let such an injustice occur to their customers.
