I've been getting the same message!

After being on the phone with AT&T and ST for the past two days, it seems as though my SIM had been locked or my account has been locked.
I am using an AT&T iPhone 4.
I read on howardforums that I need to have ST reactivate my account.
HELP please!!!

I'm having the same issue!
After being on the phone with AT&T and ST for the past two days, seems like my SIM/Account has been deactivated or locked.
I read on howardfurm that I need to have the Account reactivated.
I'm using an AT&T iPhone 4.
Help!!!

I just received a new sim card, placed it in my galaxy s3 from att, changed the apn settings, and when I try to make a call the voice says: This Device Has Been Blocked from Network Use

Please help I m able to make any phone calls

I have been blocked from service and have been holding on the phone for customer service for 45 minutes. Need help asap. Thanks
