I can't log into My Account.

This issue has existed and still exists since the inception of this website. They have never fixed it and it has nothing at all to do with your personal login or information. This is a broken webpage issue or a broken database link issue. Just because they can finally get you in does not mean they fixed the actual problem as it will occur the very next time anyone attempts to log in.

I just got my SIM card today and everything seemed to be going okay until I got to the log in screen. I try to recover my password but I get "We apologize, but we cannot complete this transaction. Please contact blah blah but I can't because I'm trying to install the SIM and activate my account. When I check to see if the email is correct I enter my phone number and the page flashes and does nothing. I'm not really sure what to do next. I was really hoping for a smooth transition into this cell phone service.
