Service pin is illegible

I purchased an activation kit yesterday and after I scratched off the silver stuff on the service pin many of the numbers were either gone or illegible. Is there a way to retrieve the number in other ways? I'd rather have not wasted a considerable amount of money as Wal-Mart will not accept a return on this item. Thank you.

This seems to be a common problem so here we go. I purchased an Unlimited 30-day plan refill card from Walmart and while scratching off the silver masking material the first three digits of the PIN were rubbed off. Can someone assist me with getting my credits?
