Hello, I paid my phone bill over an hour and a half ago and its still saying deactivated after many attempts of turning phone off and back on again. Please help, as I cannot call customer service.

I'm having issues I refilled my phone/reactivated it.then I turned my phone off and turned it on but it still says it is deactivated.. Please help

I am having the same issue. I believe it has to do with iOS 9.0.2 update for my iPhone 5s. I turned off device and back on, toggled LTE, Data Services, and Airplane mode while WiFi is off, Restored my phone using iTunes and updated the carrier information when prompted. I even ordered a replacement nano sim card using Tech Support over the phone and had the phone reactivated but all I am getting are calls, sending and receiving with NO Text or Data and the service shows TFW 3G 5 bars and then No Service randomly. I have had no problems in the area that I am in before. I use my phone for work and have been without it for over a week, what can I do to fix this?

I had a similar problem only I added service in which I got a text confirming that the service was added until mid January 2016, but I just got a text saying my service date ends tomorrow as does the website say that

I am having a similar issue. I recently reactivated my phone after missing an auto-refill payment, and my phone works and simple texts also, but the 4g symbol is grey instead of white like usual, and no data works. I've tried countless things, including turning mobile data on/off, wifi on/off, airplane on/off. My Account Summary page has a reminder that I might need to turn the phone off and on to finalize authorization, but I've done this several times, left the phone off for hours, took SIM card out, reinserted, took battery out, haven't factory resetted yet, but don't think I should have to in order for this to work!
