Yep, me too. Same problem. Shows pending transaction, tells me to call the 1-877 number. Automated help line is no help at all. And it hangs up on you?

I'm having the same issue. I paid for service like 4 hours ago, and it still has not turned back on. When I called it said I have a pending transaction.

I have the exact same issues. So frustrating that the automated support just hangs up on you. About to go return this phone if I can’t get an answer soon.
