Activation Kit Issues

Re: Activation Kit Issues

I have purchased my own BYOP activation kit from Wal-Mart. I have a CDMA iPhone through Sprint. However when I went to register my phone and sim, I could register it. I want to return but Wal-Mart refuses to give me back my money since I have opened it already. If I can't use it why can't I get my $60 that I spent back? If it doesn't work with sprint phones then you guys should say that. I just want to know how can I get a refund for a kit that doesn't work with my phone.

I bought an activation kit from Walmart however the SIM card doesn't work for sprint phones. Walmart doesn't want to give a refund and I would like to have one if it isn't going to work in my phone. My phone doesn't register under sprint on the activation screen so it was a complete waste of money. Please get back to me soon. I really need answers on what to do.

Same exact thing happened to me. Entered the meid online. Said it was compatible. Got the kit. Talked with the people on the phone and they said it wasn't compatible so now I just wasted 60$ for nothing! Please help.

I had the same issue. I want a refund. I'm not able to use my phone. Don't know where I put my verizon sim, but apparently I can't use my straight talk sim because my phone "isn't compatible". I wasted $60, and hours on the phone. I didn't even get to eat anything at all yesterday because I spent my entire break on the phone for nothing. Meanwhile, I'm also paying $900+ for college classes, and I need to buy a new car. All I do is work at an ice cream shop so it takes me a while to be able to save up money. I don't have extra cash to be wasting. Thanks Walmart and Straight Talk for making the last couple of days miserable. Like I said, I want a refund. I'm not accepting that I had to pay $60 for nothing. And now I'm going to have to stay with verizon and pay even more money to get a sim card that actually works. I'd also like to talk to an American about this. It makes this process a whole lot more frustrating when I don't feel like I can communicate effectively with the person who is supposed to be helping me.
