HELLO, my name is Misha Hughes. My bf and I were wanting to change our providers. BIG MISTAKE. not only are we now stuck with a Sim card we can't use, we also have a $130 phone that brother one of us can use. He used the BYOP and switched from his $130 to his new phone. Now they're saying I cant use his old phone (a straight talk phone) because it's not compatible nor can I use any of the phones I have (one being the same phone he has) because it's not compatible either. 4 phones and NONE work with the BYOP program BEYOND dissatisfied.

Needing help as well!!!
Bought the byop $35 sim card kit and it wont work on my phone, walmart wont return it so I just wasted $44. Need help asap!!!

Hi my name is Shawn Roberts and I bought a Activation Sim Kit from Walmart. I have not been able to use it cause it is not compatible with my phone. I have been having to call Straight Talk many many times trying to get this to work. I have called them about getting my refund and Straight Talk Customer Service sent me back to Walmart when this heat outside is horrible. Walmart said since it was opened they cannot return it. I need help so I can get my full refund.
