unable to use phone

I still cannot use my phone for the past three days! I called to transfer the same straightalk phone number to a new phone. I get a message that says emergency calls only. The agents tell me I should turn it off and then on and wait 15 minutes and "it's guaranteed to work!" It didn't work and still doesn't work. Straight Talk's customer service is horrible!

I to am having similar problems, after getting my phone on Thursday of last week, phone still says needs activated. Any help out there please??

Hello, I activated my phone 3 hours ago but it still says "SIM card registration failed".

I've turned it off/on 10 times. I removed the battery, and put the battery back in.

On the straighttalk.com website it says that I have an activated phone and I am now using my $45 plan, but, I cannot use the phone. Will I loose all of my days because this phone will not activate?
