phone won't refill

I woke up this morning and my phone was deactivated so I purchased a new service card and refilled the service using the service card pin. Things went as usually and I was told to reboot phone and service would reactivate , well it didn't"t and it wont let me reuse the pin saying it was a used pin now but it added no service to my phone. What can I do now?

My phone ran out of service so i meant to get a phone card. But I got busy and for a few weeks I couldn't get a new phone card. Then I went shopping and got a phone card. When I refilled it said that It refilled. I went to txt it said that the messages failed. Help?!

My phone won't refill either, I have the card. I refilled it on the website, called *22890 and waited minutes before and after the call. It then says my phone has been activated when the call hangs up but I can't text or even call. When I do it says my phone is deactivated.. This makes no sense at all

I just baught a service card from wal mart and tried activating it and it said the service pin I entered is not valid for this phone. Somone please help!
