Unfortunately, there are A LOT of people dealing with this ame issue! Like myself! (2days now!) Im in college full-time, work a full-time job, AND HAVE 3, YES THREE CHILDREN TOO! This "inconvienience" has cost me A LOT OF money, caused A LOT of stress, and left my family and I without a phone incase our children were to be in some kind of an emergency situation! AND ALL WE GET IS AN APOLOGY!?!?!!!! NOT GOING TO DO IT FOR THIS FAMILY! I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT IS FOR SURE!!!!
