My phone is not activating it keeps saying pending transacti

I bought a phone from Walmart and a refill card and my phone is not working it won’t make any calls and when I call straighttalk they tell me that my phone is having a pending transaction wait five minutes can somebody please help me!!

Hello,
Hoping you could help me. My sim won't activate and I'm still not able to connect to the network. Been waiting for almost 12 hours now and no luck. Restarted my phone a couple of times already and it still has no signal at all.
A little info that might help - I'm using a Xiaomi Pocophone F1. I have verified this to already work with Straight Talk since I used this before (early 2019) with no problem at all! Used the AT&T sim.
