Galaxy Note Slow Data Speeds/No Data

To all that have a Galaxy Note (SGH-i717) with a ST SIM Card,

Straight Talk updated my data package, I rebooted my phone. Still slow data download speed. We're still working on the problem. Please be patient, ib6469

Still working on this issue. I will update you soon on the fix. There is some Samsung Galaxy Note users outthere with good download data speeds. I'm trying to find out what they did, so we can copy them.

To all with a Samsung Galaxy Note (SGH-i717),
OK here it is , after a lot of crap , if you are have trouble with slow/no download data speeds this is for you. First you need to be using Radio UCLF2 ( it allows the fastest data exchange). Secondly in your APN settings follow the instructions from Straight Talk , but where it has the " proxy " use 66.209.11.32 , where it has " mms proxy " use 66.209.11.32 or 66.209.11.33 , on the " authentication type " use " PAP OR CHAP " , reboot . OK check speed again , you should be good to go . Good luck and God bless , ib6469 .

Before changes , I got 0.01 Mb/s , 300ms ping . After changes , I get 4.6 Mb/s - 11Mb/s with a ping of 30ms . I would like to say thank you to Straight Talk , XDA Developers forum , and the Samsung Galaxy Note forum . Thank you all , ib6469 .
